We get flooded with calls and emails every day regarding "Pathlight Property Management and Home Partners of America".
- Do not ever take anything they say to you as real unless it is in writing
- Do not sign anything Legal from them without having someone review it with you or for you
- Watch for Misc. and Random Charges on your lease as they try and screw you everyday possible
- Do not rent a home from them but if you do inspect the home first or have it inspected
- Before you rent from them talk to the neighbors and ask them about the turn over rate with tenants
- Check everything before you rent because they will not fix or repair anything after you move in
- Check for Mold and other safety issues
- Make sure all the doors and windows lock
- Check electrical outlets and make sure they work
- Check for Working Plumbing and Heat
Has Pathlight made arrangements with you on Back Rent and then Locked you out of the Portal so you can't pay, then Sued you? If so you aren't the only one.
This company is not your friend, they only want your money and they do not care about you and your family at all. REMEMBER THAT..

This is how Pathlight Property Management treats its houses and tenants , LIKE THEY ARE SHIT..
Sadly the "Family" in this home is experiencing :
- Racial Discrimination
- Unusable Water
- Unusable Kitchen
- Unusable Laundry
- Unusable Bathrooms
Pathlight let people move into a home with ( KNOWN ) Septic and Sewer Issues and never disclosed this to them. In the First Year they have been in this house the Septic and Sewer has Overflowed 11+ Times and exposed them to Raw Sewage-
According to neighbors and contractors this has been an issue for years and path light will not fix it-
The Family has to "Seniors" in it and there Severely Autistic Son and this has affected there health and damaged them financially . They pay $2700 a month and are being treated like "Animals" living in this Shit Hole while the Landlord doesn't relocate them and compensate them. In fact the Landlord when called sometimes doesn't dispatch or get people out for 5-7 days which forces the tenants to clean this up -
